Well, I was born and raised in California. I love it here - you can pretty much see any type of terrain or climate you want just by driving a few hours and I’ve spent a lot of time doing just that.
Writing is my first love. As a child, I wrote silly little poems and shared them with my teachers. (I still write poetry, but it’s not so silly anymore.) Growing up, I learned to use the art of storytelling to play a variety of role playing games, including “Dungeons and Dragons”.I think this, as well as an abiding interest in the stories of others (be it through books, television or movies) has helped me develop my own writing skills.
In my alter-ego, I’m the owner of a handmade crafts business. For about twenty years, my mother and I have made and sold jewelry, medieval style garb and other assorted trinkets and gewgaws.
Banshee’s Honor is my first published novel...I hope it’s not my last!
