Norma has a BSEE degree from the University of Wisconsin, and an MS in Physics from UCLA. She is now retired, having had a career as a civilian scientist for the U. S. Navy, designing submarine sonar systems.“I was blessed with a 24 year marriage to a wonderful woman who loved me just as I am. She passed away in May, 2004. Leukemia. During the last few years of her life, I retired to be home and care for her. Being retired, there was no further reason to maintain the male façade. I have been living full-time as a woman for over a year now. My relief is beyond description.”
