Anne Azel is an award winning author. Her novel Gold Mountain won the Golden Crown Literary Society Award for dramatic general fiction. She was awarded the CLFA Readers’ Choice Award and the LFRCA Readers Choice Award. Her work has also been recognized for its cultural diversity and its informed and sympathetic portrayal of world cultures.
Anne’s writing covers a wide spectrum of genres including murder mysteries, contemporary issues, romance and futuristic novels. As one reader wrote, “This is writing for readers who demand more.”

Anne is retired and lives in northern Ontario when she is not travelling the world. She enjoys kayaking, canoeing and skiing. Anne has degrees in art history, archaeology and forensic anthropology. Her hobbies include writing, painting and model trains.
